Tex R Us LLC. Is a Managed Services Provider. We provide managed IT support services, custom application development, website development, and a line of fully developed software applications.

Tex R Us LLC is looking for an experienced b2b Sales Development Representative (SDR). The job is to execute outbound calls on a daily basis, as well as go to various businesses to introduce the services we provide. Once the SRD qualifies the client for services we provide, the appropriate resources will be available to assist them in advancing our offerings.

This is a great opportunity for a curious and fast learner, smart communicator, and a capable organizer. It will be important to help us improve and innovate upon all of our outbound sales outreach and if you fill the pipeline with meetings, you will grow with the company.

What You Will Be Doing as an SDR:

Utilize outbound calling and in-person interactions to generate meetings.

Providing a world-class prospect and customer experience through every interaction

Be responsible for qualified meetings quotas.

Conduct conversations with managers and field personnel at prospect accounts to secure meetings.

Experience:

2+ years of experience in outbound phone prospecting as an SDR (preferably in b2b technology sales)

Commitment to pursuing a career in sales.

Skilled in keeping detailed records of interactions with leads in a CRM.

Proven ability to book meetings over the phone and in person.

Able to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements from calls that answer (engage), but don’t book a meeting.

A great attitude and love for teamwork.

Ability to understand prospect needs and the situational awareness to respond to prospect objections across various cold outbound audiences.

The organizational skills and stamina to maintain a high volume of outbound sales activities and ongoing campaign to coordinate.
