About the Position
Sells industrial products from our Anchorage sales office. Receives customer inquiries and makes contacts by phone. Estimates and quotes prices and prepares forms and sales contracts. Requires practical knowledge of products and customer applications.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Receive customer inquiries and makes contacts by phone
Estimate and quote prices
Prepare forms and sales contracts
Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads
Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities
Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email
Keeping up with product and service information and updates
Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers
Other duties, responsibilities, and activities may change or be assigned at any time with or without notice.
