The Outreach Enrollment Agent will play a key role in educating and assisting individuals and families in navigating the enrollment process for Lifeline phones. This position requires a strong communicator with a genuine passion for helping others and a commitment to community outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

- Community Outreach: Actively engage with community members through outreach efforts, including door-to-door visits, community events, and informational sessions, to promote available services and resources.

- Enrollment Assistance: Guide individuals and families through the enrollment process for lifeline services, discounted internet, and medical coverage, ensuring they understand their options and the necessary steps.

- Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with community organizations, non-profits, and local stakeholders to expand outreach efforts and enhance service delivery.

- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and outreach teams to develop materials and campaigns that effectively communicate available resources to the community.

Qualifications:

- Must have a reliable vehicle

- High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree in a related field is preferred.

- Previous experience in outreach, enrollment, or community service roles, preferably in a non-profit or social services environment.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse populations.

- Knowledge of government programs, social services, or community resources is a plus.
