Looking to hire an Administrative Assistant / Receptionist / Scheduler/ Bookkeeper to join our team. Our team is looking for a hard-working, professional, and easy-going assistant, who can assume a range of office support tasks. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional, able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results.
This position is responsible for:
Answering, screening, and forwarding incoming calls.
Maintaining email communication with fellow employees and customers.
Creating and scheduling estimates, distributing work orders.
Processing and distributing mail.
Maintaining communications with staff and customers on a daily basis.
The ideal candidate will need to have:
Knowledge of quickbooks
High school diploma or equivalent.
Some accounting experience
Excellent customer service skills.
Microsoft Excel skills.
Accurate data entry.
Keen attention to detail.
Ability to be self-motivated and work independently.
Ability to be a team player with positive energy and a professional demeanor.
Clear and concise verbal and written communication.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize workload.
Knowledge of computer and quickbooks preferred
Knowledge of general administrative and clerical procedures
Schedule is Monday-Friday 8am -5pm
