We seek a highly organized and communicative individual to join our Customer Service team.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: answering phones, providing exceptional customer service to tenants, managing appointment scheduling for property viewings, processing applications, maintaining comprehensive residential files (ensuring strict confidentiality), performing general bookkeeping tasks, and proficiently handling filing, typing, and word processing. The successful candidate will be adept at multitasking and communicating clearly and effectively with diverse populations. A strong understanding of office procedures. This position will work closely with the property manager to ensure smooth daily operations.
