Seeking an organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. This role will be responsible for overseeing various office functions, with a focus on truck driver trip paperwork coordination, billing, customer database management, accounts receivable (AR), accounts payable (AP), and payroll. The ideal candidate will have excellent multitasking abilities, strong communication skills, and a keen eye for accuracy.
General Office Administration:
o Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and provide general administrative support as needed.
o Assist with preparing reports, maintaining office supplies, and performing other administrative tasks.
o Ensure that all office processes run efficiently and in compliance with company policies.
