We are a local construction company that builds new homes looking for a selection coordinator. This job is perfect for someone who loves working with customers and guiding them through a presentation of selection choices. The ideal person for this job would be organized and have good attention to detail as it entails a tracking and follow though to make sure items get completed.
The successful candidate will:
- Be a reliable and punctual self-starter able to adapt to a constantly changing environment with many deadlines and changing priorities.
- Demonstrate strong multi-tasking skills with the ability to organize information from a variety of sources.
- Have strong verbal and written communication.
- Great customer service & people skills
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office programs
- Some construction Knowledge is a bonus
