As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for greeting guests, providing them with information, and guiding them through the process of their RV rental. Cash handling, basic computer literacy, and organizational skills are all required for this position.
Daily duties include but are not limited to:
Answering phone calls
Maintaining sales materials in the office
Compose and produce business correspondence
Responding to inquiries requesting information
Perform other related duties as assigned or requested
This is a seasonal role, RV spot provided during the duration of employment. End of season bonus available as well.
All employees will be required to sign an Employment Agreement upon hire. This agreement will specify your dates of employment, duties, wages and ATA’s responsibilities as your employer. You must remain employed with ATA until the end date listed on your Employment Agreement to be eligible to receive a performance bonus if applicable to your position. Employment Agreements also contain a specific non-compete clause, which is effective for two years after your date of termination, regardless of cause.
