Role Description:
As an Customer Service Representative for our wonderful team, you would be growing local customer relationships, building public connections, and promoting the aspects of our agency that is community focused and celebrates individual expression! We want personable, outgoing, and friendly individuals who are excited to engage with this community as a team member and a career.
Responsibilities:
Prompt, accurate and friendly customer service
Navigating customer-focused, needs-based review processes
Helping to educate customers about insurance options that work best for them and their current lifestyle
Requirements:
Communication skills are crucial, not simply in insurance but in our everyday lives. Our number one requirement is for positive interpersonal communication skills (written, verbal, and listen) as well as a desire to improve.
Extreme ownership and personal accountability; taking responsibility for your decisions and choices. You will have a lot of freedom in the job and will be held accountable to it.
As a member of a growing team, the “together” mindset is and the ability to improvise, adapt and overcome will be paramount. We are all in this together and should be flexible enough to help each other when necessary.
