Responsibilities
1. Greet clients and assist them in completing intake forms and documentation.
2. Verify client's information and ensure accuracy in all records.
3. Maintain confidentiality of client's information in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
4. Answer client's inquiries regarding services, procedures, and other concerns.
5. Prospecting leads.
6. Conduct orientation with clients.
6. Assist client's on their IAP, 40-hr work log, appointment schedule, etc.
