Job Title: Anchorage Reentry Coalition Coordinator (ARCC)
Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate efforts to support prisoner reentry in Anchorage
- Collaborate with stakeholders and sectors to help returning citizens integrate into the community
- Manage the Anchorage Reentry Coalition and facilitate objectives outlined by the funder and Steering Team
- Coordinate communication strategies, identify community assets and services, oversee grant management, and ensure compliance with laws and regulations
- Manage external communication tools and approaches such as social media, websites, and in-person meetings
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 4 years of job-specific experience in fields like Public Relations, Community Development, Criminal Justice, etc.
- Experience partnering with community and civic groups
- Strong communication and community organizing skills
- Familiarity with conducting community assessments and planning documents
Behavioral Competencies:
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to convene and organize communities
- Skills in brokering and coordinating within communities
- Experience in systems building and managing system-wide change
Term: Term-limited, grant-funded position through the Alaska Mental Health Trust Authority, with NeighborWorks® Alaska serving as the fiscal agent

Salary: $32.00 - $35.00 per hour
