Administrative Support - Primarily responsible for providing front-end administrative support services to ensure the smooth operation of the agency's day-to-day activities. The position serves as the initial point of contact for participants seeking services and provides support to clinical staff as needed. Provides courteous and professional service to all participants, staff, and visitors. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong communication skills and a commitment to providing excellent customer service are essential.

Description of Duties:

The successful candidate will:

Emulate Knik Tribe's Core Values for Treatment and apply them in all interactions with Participants, co-workers, and the community.

Maintains confidentiality in accordance with Knik Tribe's Policy and Procedures and related privacy laws.

Greet and direct participants and visitors to the appropriate staff member or program.

Answer and route phone calls, take messages, and provide general information to callers.

Schedule appointments and meetings for clinical staff, ensuring that all participants receive timely services.

Provide support with data entry, maintaining participant records, and other administrative tasks as assigned by supervisor.

Assist with the preparation and distribution of program-related materials, such as flyers, brochures, and Participant surveys.

Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring that supplies are well-stocked and properly maintained.

Maintain and update participant databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is recorded.

Perform other administrative tasks as required by supervisor to support the efficient operation of the program.

Work with minimal supervision.

Accomplish other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Minimum Requirements:

Education:

High School Diploma or GED

Conditions of Employment:

Adequate understanding of all Microsoft Office Applications.

Capable of basic maintenance for general office equipment and multi-line phone systems.

Must pass a criminal background check and be free of barrier crimes.

General Information

Location: 780 S Snodgrass Drive, Palmer, AK 99645

Supervisor: Billing Manager

Schedule: Monday – Thursday; 9:00 am – 6:00 pm

Friday; 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Salary: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour DOE/E. Full time employees will receive full benefits to include: Federal Employee Health Benefits (FEHB) medical, dental, vision, life insurance, paid leave and holidays, and retirement plan with matching contributions.
