We are searching for an experienced Marketing Strategist at our Palmer HQ facility.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
SUMMARY OF POSITION'S ROLE
The Marketing Strategist plays a key role in developing and executing marketing initiatives that drive growth and brand awareness for MTA and its subsidiaries. This position is responsible for organizing and fulfilling marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms, supporting brand strategy, and collaborating cross-functionally to enhance customer engagement. The ideal candidate is creative, analytical, and highly organized, with a passion for strategic marketing and project execution.
SPECIFIC TASK DESCRIPTION
Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with MTA’s business goals and customer needs.
Plan, execute, and monitor multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital advertising, social media, email marketing, and traditional media.
Create compelling content for various platforms, including websites, social media, radio, and print materials.
Manage vendor relationships and coordinate external marketing and advertising efforts.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer insights.
Track and report on campaign performance, using data to make informed recommendations for optimization.
Support branding and messaging consistency across all marketing channels.
Assist with website content updates, ensuring alignment with marketing initiatives.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing materials that support product launches, promotions, and brand storytelling.
Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field preferred.
Experience: Some marketing experience is preferred, but we welcome candidates with strong organizational skills and a willingness to learn.
Telecommunications or IT experience is a plus but not required.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong writing and content creation skills for marketing campaigns and brand messaging.
Analytical mindset with experience or interest in tracking marketing metrics and using data for decision-making.
Proficiency with digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, social media platforms, or marketing automation software is a plus.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and highly organized, with a strong ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
