You will work closely with our realtors and managers to create compelling marketing materials and campaigns for resale properties, new construction homes, residential land development and commercial activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Create high-quality print marketing materials using Adobe InDesign.
Manage digital marketing efforts, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
Oversee the production of promotional materials and ensure brand consistency.
Collaborate with the sales team to support lead generation and conversion efforts.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the real estate industry.
Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and other design software.
Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skil
