Silver Bay Seafoods seeks a Senior Paralegal to provide comprehensive legal support to the General Counsel and implement and manage a contracts lifecycle management database.
with
- Minimum of five (5) years of practical work experience with in-house legal or contracts departments.
- Completion of an ABA-approved paralegal program or equivalent certification preferred.
- Excellent knowledge of all Adobe and Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with database implementation and management.
- Ability to travel occasionally for meetings and matter management.
