This is an excellent opportunity for attorneys to supplement a growing law practice.
Responsibilities:
Draft real estate transaction documents including deeds, subordinations, powers of attorney, mortgage satisfactions, and affidavits.
Able to work with flexible assignments
Skills and Qualifications:
Licensed and in good standing
Familiarity with various real estate related legal documents
Understanding of residential refinance transactions
Excellent written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
