Are you passionate about ceramics and eager to share your expertise in a vibrant, hands-on environment? We are looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Studio Technician to join our studio family!

As a Studio Technician, you'll play a key role in ensuring our studio runs smoothly by overseeing kiln operations, glaze mixing, and managing the reclaim process. You'll have the opportunity to work on specialized studio projects, and your organizational skills will help maintain a clean, welcoming space for both staff and members.

Key Responsibilities:

Load and unload kilns

Mix glazes and oversee the reclaim process

Keep the studio space spotless with routine and deep cleaning, including mopping and organizing

Process ceramic materials and assist with class projects

Prep and organize for upcoming classes and events

Track inventory and ensure supplies are stocked

Provide excellent customer service, assisting members with information on studio offerings and policy

What We’re Looking For:

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Excellent time management with the ability to prioritize tasks

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace Suite

A customer-focused attitude
