Looking for a self-motived individual with strong communication skill
Basic skill in maintaining/ repairing electrical, plumbing, drywall and interior/ exterior painting required
Must have a valid DL/ transportation, and be able to pass a background check
Mon- Fri 8:00am- 5:00pm, weekend and holiday off
$18.00- $20.00 per hour depending on experience
Expected hours: 40 pre week
