We are currently looking for a Maintenance Assistant; The ideal candidates will possess the following:
Comes to work on time (be punctual)
Able to work by themselves without supervision
Must be able to supervise 2 - 10 employees
Must be able to multi-task, delegate, and finish projects on a timely basis
Must have a Neat and clean appearance
Clean valid Drivers license
Experience with driving a plow truck, front loader, grader, dump truck, etc is a PLUS
Must posses a minimum of 2 plus years of Maintenance experience required in (plumbing, electrical, drywall, etc)
Must be able to pass a drug test
