The Role:
As a Laborer, you will play a crucial role in our operations. You'll be working closely with a supervisor, assisting with essential tasks, maintaining the cleanliness of work areas and equipment, and more importantly, learning the ropes. Our ideal candidate is someone who’s keen to grow their skills and eventually take on tasks independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist a supervisor with necessary tasks to ensure project success.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and equipment.
- Demonstrate a strong desire to learn and the ability to work towards performing tasks independently.
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
- Is capable of reading a tape measure and using hand tools efficiently.
- Can drive vehicles and is able to lift 50+ lbs continuously.
- Shows a genuine willingness to learn and accepts constructive criticism with a positive attitude.
- Is looking for a fun work environment.
