Our Dirt Crew Foreman position requires the following knowledge/abilities:
A minimum of 2 years of foreman experience
Clean driving record and own vehicle
Knowledge of clearing, excavation, fill placement & compaction, etc
Ability to read construction plans, specifications, and other documents
Extensive knowledge of the civil construction industry, such as layout, grading, excavation, above ground/underground
utilities, and storm water drainage structures
Must produce and maintain schedules for assigned jobsites
Ability to motivate teams to produce quality constructions with deadlines and simultaneously manage several projects
Ability to work with a diverse group of individuals, including subcontractors, suppliers, and clients
Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent time management abilities
Excellent organizational skills
Attention to detail and robust organizational skills
Thoroughness and reliable
