As a Day Porter, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our client's commercial buildings during regular business hours. Your duties will include:
- Sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing floors, walls, and surfaces.
- Restocking supplies, such as paper towels and toilet paper.
- Removing trash and recycling materials.
- Cleaning and maintaining restrooms and common areas.
- Assisting with special cleaning projects, such as deep cleaning carpets and upholstery.
- Communicating with clients and supervisors to ensure that their cleaning needs are being met.
- Complying with all safety and health regulations and guidelines.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Prior experience in commercial cleaning or related field preferred.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Physical ability to lift and move equipment and supplies.
- Professional demeanor and appearance.
- Availability to work scheduled daytime hours.
- Driver's License not required but preferred
