Opti Staffing Group is proud to collaborate with a leading residential and commercial property management company in Anchorage, AK. Our client is dedicated to providing exceptional property management services and is seeking two skilled Appliance Repair Technicians to join their team.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
As an Appliance Repair Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the proper functioning of appliances in residential and commercial properties managed by the company. Your responsibilities will include:
Diagnosing and repairing a variety of appliances, including refrigerators, ovens, dishwashers, and more.
Conducting maintenance and preventive servicing to extend the life of appliances.
Ordering and replacing parts as necessary for appliance repairs.
Providing excellent customer service to property residents and addressing their appliance-related concerns.
Maintaining accurate records of repairs, parts used, and service calls.
Assisting in inventory management of appliance parts and supplies.
REQUIREMENTS:
To excel in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
Previous experience as an Appliance Repair Technician is preferred.
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills for various appliance types.
Proficiency in using tools and equipment for appliance repair.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and efficiently.
A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Knowledge of safety protocols and practices in appliance repair.
