We have positions available for our premium fencing company! 2-weeks of training is included and paid. The positions run from now thru November. Hourly Rate $20 - $35 / hr depending on experience and physical condition, a newbie in great shape will be paid more. We have official training programs for the right people, and there is room for growth in this company.
Pre-Season is now through March, when we will start our two week training program before the installation season begins. You must be ready to commit to full-time work now through November.
We treat our team members well. You'll have access to facilities and a personal locker, and your vehicle will be secured on our property behind a locked automatic gate every day. We provide all your tools, equipment, and transportation. We also give out end-of-year bonuses based on time worked/season completion ranging from $2,000 and above.
Overtime is time and a half; and you can put in up to 20 hrs. OT hours per week depending on availability. Payday is every Friday. We work with top notch equipment and drive company-provided trucks. You will not need to use any of your personal tools, equipment, or vehicle for work.

+ You must drive yourself daily to our shop in your own vehicle (in Wasilla)
+ High school diploma/GED
+ No felonies
+ Absolutely no substance issues
+ Good physical condition (able to lift 90 lbs.)
