Our practice includes patients of all ages but does have a strong perio component. This is a great environment to hone your skills and reach your full potential. This is a great way to earn the pay you deserve. Salary ranges from $55-65/hr. depending on your skills and experience. We have a $1000 longevity bonus for your 6 month and also for your 12 month anniversary on the job. Benefits include a mentoring dentist, medical and dental, vacation, continuing education allowance, paid holidays, retirement plan, four - day work week and an incentive bonus.
To qualify for this position, you must have your RDH diploma and an Alaska license for Hygiene and local anesthesia. If you are a recent graduate we understand that this will take a while and we are willing to work with you. You must be a team player willing to help other team members wherever needed.
