Seeking a Full-Time Medical Receptionist/Administrative Assistant
Alyeska Therapy Center, Inc. is a multidisciplinary therapy clinic with 17 providers located in Wasilla. We are looking for a motivated professional, with exceptional interpersonal skills to connect with patients and staff. The right person for this position will be professional, level-headed and maintain a positive attitude at all times.

Key Competencies:
-Familiar with medical terminology
-Experience with EHR/EMR and scheduling programs
-Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and windows operating system
-Basic accounting skills
-1-year experience in a medical office
-Strong oral and written communication skills
Job Duties include but are not limited to:
-Greeting patients
-Answering phones
-Scheduling patients
-Incoming referral coordination
-Faxing and filing
-Communicating with medical and ancillary providers to coordinate patient care
-Cash handling, credit card processing and reconciling payments
This is a full-time position Monday-Friday either 7:30am-4:30pm or 9:30am-6:30pm with an hour lunch break. Full time benefits include health insurance (medical, dental, vision), retirement, and paid time off/holidays. Starting compensation $18-$22/hr. DOE.
