ISO: Care provider for high functioning individuals who experience Intellectual Disabilities. We have one group home newly opened licensed for 5 individuals that we are still working on filling up. We’ve currently got 2 clients in the house.
We run the house on 2 different shifts 3-4 days at a time 24/hours a day. We're looking to add one staff person to our team. Staff will need to have attention to detail, a good work ethic, and have values that align with those of our company.
Duties: assist with ADL’s, assist with self-administration of medication, support residents in their goals and to engage in recreational and social activities, monitor and document health status & report any changes or concerns to the Administrator, uphold resident’s rights, follow agency policies and procedures,
Requirements: Be 21 years of age or older, experience working with individuals who experience intellectual disabilities, able to work 3-4 days 24/hours a day (including weekends & holidays), be able to pass a background check & obtain CPR/First Aid Training.
Pay: $285 - $350 DOE
