Position Overview: We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Server to join our team at The Whale's Tail, our vibrant lounge and nightclub within the Hotel Captain Cook. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a lively nightlife environment and has a passion for mixology and customer service. Full time hours available.
Key Responsibilities:
Guest Service: Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring a memorable and enjoyable experience.
Payment Handling: Efficiently take payments and manage transactions.
Bar Maintenance: Keep the bar area clean, organized, and in orderly condition at all times.
Stock Management: Maintain optimal stock levels of liquor, mixers, and other bar supplies.
Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic nightlife setting.
A friendly, customer-oriented demeanor.
Flexibility to work late hours, specifically on Fridays and Saturdays.
Well-groomed and presentable appearance.
Adherence to appearance standards: no visible facial piercings or tattoos.
