SKILLED LINE COOKS NEEDED

Suite 100 Restaurant and Bar is hiring skilled, talented, and dependable line cooks! We cook real food for lots of happy guests every day in a busy, high-volume, South-Side restaurant.

You MUST have an impressive work ethic, a great attitude, a desire to learn and develop, and a determination to be an integral player on a team of restaurant professionals.

Sunday and Monday availability is required.

We want to hire great additions to a great team. Is this you?

Experience required. Reliability and a positive teamwork attitude are a must.

It is hard work, but we've got a good crew that helps each other, and the food at the end of your shift is great! And free!

ALL Potential Staff MUST:

-Have experience in several stations of a high-volume, commercial kitchen.

-Possess a friendly, confident demeanor.

-Have a desire to work in a great team environment.

-Maintain composure under stress.

-Have the ability to take direction.

-Be respectful, hard-working, and reliable.

-Possess the ability to multitask.

-Maintain and follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures.

-Have open availability, including holidays and weekends.

-Qualifications - Food preparation, cooking, and food handling experience- restaurant or kitchen experience- cooking background with knowledge of meal preparation- strong knife skills- quick hand speed

Pay is $18-$22 per hour (plus tips), depending upon experience and performance, with room for advancement.

Responsibilities

-Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to menu specifications, ensuring high quality and presentation standards.

-Handle food safely and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen environment.

-Collaborate with team members to streamline meal preparation and service.

-Utilize knife skills for efficient food preparation and ensure proper storage of ingredients.

-Assist in maintaining inventory and ordering supplies as needed.
