Rafelitos is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Prep Cook / Line Cook to join our morning shift team. This is part-time position ideal for someone with at least 6 months of kitchen experience who enjoys prep work and supporting the line.
Shift:
Morning Shift (Start Time 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM) 6 days a week
Part-time: 24 hours/week (potential for expanded hours as business grows)
Main responsabilities:
Chop cilantro, onions.
Make charred onions
Support prep work for the line
Set up trompo (pastor)
Grate cotija cheese
Stock an maintain the line for service
Keep a clean and organized station
Follow food safety standards
Requirements:
Al least 6 months of kitchen experience
Solid knife skills and attention to detail
Punctual, dependable, and team-oriented
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
