We're looking for a Line Cook to work at our Sports Bar.
Job Duties:
Prepare ingredients for cooking, including chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and gathering spices.
Assist in menu planning and recipe development.
Cook and plate dishes according to established recipes and portion sizes.
Ensure food is cooked to the appropriate temperature and quality standards.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage of ingredients and utensils.
Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen.
Assist with catering events as needed.
Requirements:
Must be 21 years of age
Have a valid Food Workers Card (or be willing to get)
