Job Summary:
As a Line Cook at Spoonline Bistro, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our guests receive outstanding meals. You'll work alongside our experienced chefs, preparing and cooking a variety of menu items to our high standards of quality and taste. Due to the size of our kitchen, we value your willingness to jump in and help at different stations throughout your shift.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and portion sizes, using various cooking techniques.
Maintain a clean and organized work station throughout your shift.
Replenish ingredients and supplies as needed.
Collaborate effectively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
Follow all safety and sanitation regulations.
Demonstrate a willingness to learn new skills and techniques.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Line Cook or similar kitchen role.
Strong understanding of safe food handling practices.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a passion for creating delicious food.
