The Product Specialist has the principal responsibility for delivering La Bodega quality customer service, developing strong general knowledge of all product lines and maintaining the facilities in a clean and orderly fashion to ensure the friendly neighborhood feel consistent with La Bodega’s mission.
Product Specialist Accountability:
- Establishing and maintaining a broad general knowledge of La Bodega’s product lines.
- Fulfilling the store priorities established by the General Manager and Store Leads, including stocking inventory as well as maintaining and cleaning facilities and any other side work that is required.
- Performing all duties within established guidelines, consistently and in accordance with procedure.
- Accurately handling all sales transactions.
- Treating every customer warmly and genuinely demonstrating an interest in building a relationship with customers to better understand their needs.
- Building on customer relationships by cross-promoting new tastes, products or knowledge to match the customer’s interests and preferences.
All staff are responsible for personally modeling the values of the company and demonstrating their implementation in all areas of operation.
