searching for an EXPERIENCED line cook manager who must be able to work early shifts, organize prep lists, orders and specials for the week. Must be able to delegate tasks and communicate well with the staff, Must be able to work on the line with breakfast and lunch items. Must help in all operations in the kitchen to help it run smoothly. Please see Janice or Emily monday March 18th from 8am to 11pm , Tues March 19th (8 am to 1 pm) for an interview.
