Front Desk Clerk (Full-Time)

Front Desk Clerk Monday through Friday 8AM - 4PM

Duties include:

Selling rooms to customers

Communicate with Housekeepers as guests checks out

Using a credit card machine and cash register

Taking reservations on the phone

Helping guests find their way around Anchorage

Putting away breakfast after 9am

Basic cleaning and sanitation of office

Basic computer skills such as:

Using a Property Management System

Responding to E-mails

Using Word and Excel

Must be reliable; punctual and multi-tasked

Experience in hospitality unnecessary but will help.
