The Last Frontier Brewing Company in Wasilla is accepting applications for a experienced restaurant cook and culinary specialist. There is freedom to create specials, soups and whatever you have a desire to create to accentuate our existing menu. The right person for this position must be motivated and willing to handle a variety of responsibilities including opening the kitchen in the morning and handle lunch rush and dinner rush. This does not mean you will open and close b but must be capable of both. We have a great team to work with and a good positive atmosphere.
We are a family owned business so no corporate standards. If you need something the owners are available to address what you need.
This is a full time position and an important position. Ideally, we work with you and discover your abilities and adjust your pay accordingly. Almost always there will be some OT. Which equates to good pay. We are aware that people need to pay their bills and I don't like to see my employees struggle financially.
Remember a good attitude and willingness to take responsibility for your position is a must. This position carries a lot of responsibility and you will be financially rewarded for it.
We are a well established business with a great clientele of loyal patrons. We don't cut corners here most all of our food is made here on premise with quality for our patrons in mind.
