COMPANY INFO:
Opti Staffing Group is partnering with a non-profit organization in Anchorage, AK, seeking a dedicated Cook to join their team at one of their residential treatment facilities.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Prepare and cook nutritious meals for residents.
Manage inventory and food supplies.
Create menus within budgetary constraints.
Ensure food safety and cleanliness in the kitchen.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate meal preparation.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
Adhere to dietary restrictions and special meal requests.
REQUIREMENTS:
Previous experience as a cook or in food preparation.
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
Ability to create menus and manage inventory.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pass a criminal background check.
