Spoonline Bistro is a beloved Girdwood eatery known for its warm atmosphere and mouthwatering brunch offerings. We are seeking a talented and passionate Brunch Cook to join our kitchen team.
Job Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook a variety of brunch dishes
Follow recipes and cooking procedures to ensure consistency and quality
Maintain a clean and organized workstation
Work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
Job Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of restaurant kitchen experience
Strong culinary skills, including excellent knife skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Passion for food and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
A valid Anchorage food handlers card
Job Details:
Schedule: Friday through Monday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM
Pay: $19-$21 per hour, depending on experience
Housing: Discounted housing in Girdwood available for $1000/month (for those willing to relocate)
