Vagabond Blues is looking for a full-time Baker - willing to train if you like to bake.
Bakery items include breads from scratch, cinnamon rolls, scones, cookies, quiche, bars, rolls, quick breads, frostings, cakes, biscotti, pies.
Must take pride in your work product with attention to detail.
Looking for someone who can work without supervision, be able to create nightly product lists, work independently and efficiently.
Nightly cleaning duties include restocking, dishes, sweeping, mopping, cleaning all surfaces and equipment at end of shift.
Must have reliable transportation and be punctual.
Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
Have a state food handler’s card (or be willing to apply for one within two weeks of being hired)

This is a night shift - 4pm-12/1am (approx 8-10 hours).
Must be able to work Sunday evenings
