DescriptionUnder general direction of the Senior Director, Medical Staff Svs North Division and the Chief Medical Officer Alaska Region, the Senior Manager of Medical Staff Services is responsible for the Alaska Region-wide functions of Medical Staff Credentialing and Peer Review. Duties include the standardization and implementation of processes, forms, operational direction, training and advising Medical Staff Leaders as it relates to credentialing, privileging, and peer review within the ministries of Providence Alaska Region.Providence caregivers are not simply valued – they’re invaluable. Bachelor's Degree Business, Management, or Health Administration Or 10 years experience in Medical Staff Office setting.

Upon hire: NAMSS (National Association Medical Staff Services) leadership certification

Upon hire: NAMSS (National Association Medical Staff Services), Certified Professional Credentialing Specialist (CPCS) certification

5 years Experience in the field of medical staff and credentialing software system

2 years Experience in progressive leadership roles

Preferred Qualifications:
