General FunctionIn alignment with CIRI's mission and values, developing features and debugging in Granite, a shareholder management company inside CIRI, communications with existing clients of Granite about features and bugs, and performing product demonstrations and training for customers and prospective clients. You may also be tasked with explaining and testing new functionality and answering clients questions about the product.Major Activities (Typical Duties/Responsibilities)

Work independently and with other internal and external programmers to implement new features,debugging, and enhancements to software. Design solutions as needed.

Design and write C# code that is clean, efficient, scalable, and dependable after SOLID principles, with aCloud-first mindset.

Accountable for designing and building end to end tests for Granite in cypress or other web-based framework.

Interacting with clients, providing cloud support, and making recommendations based on client needs.

Design and write applicationprogramming interfaces (APIs) and other cloud-ready Consume APIs and others as part of the development process.

Ensuring efficient data storage and adherence to security policies.

Collaborating and strategizing with the business and development teams.

Planning andassisting with new product releases and events.

Performing product demonstrations for customers, staff, and other stakeholders.

Scheduling training sessions and attending meetings asrequired.

Migrate client data into application database structures.

Develop andmaintain data integration solutions between various applications using APIs, plugins, custom code, and scripting.

Provide professional data analysis and programming recommendations.

Identify, analyze and resolve infrastructure vulnerabilities and application deployment issues.

Performs other duties as assigned and asappropriate.

Knowledge/Skills/ Abilities

Understand CIRIs mission, vision and strategic focus areas and incorporate knowledge into daily activities.

Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server and Azure SQL features and functionality.

Strong organizational, follow-up and detail-oriented skills.

Strong interpersonal skills: ability to work effectively and cooperatively with all levels of management and staff, affiliated-company employees, and outside business associates; show professional dealings.

Experienced with Microsoft Azure Portal (or related cloud hosting providers).

Deep knowledge of object-oriented programmingconcepts.

Advanced understanding of ASP.NET MVC, Entity Framework, SQL, JavaScript,CSS and Bootstrap. Familiarity with emerging javascript libraries and .net

Ability to research, organize and analyze technical information with particular attention to accuracy and detail.

Works well under pressure andprioritizes workload while working on multiple projects.

Good written and oral communication, including thorough knowledge of proper grammar, advanced vocabulary, spelling, editing, and prooing skills.

High degree of sensitivityregarding confidential information.

Minimum Experience

Bachelors in information technology, Computer Science, or related field.

Two years' experience as a Cloud Engineer or similar role.

Project management experience preferred.

Ability to pass a background and driving record screening.
