THE BASICS
Starting Pay: $18-$25 per hour DOE + Commission
Work Location: Anchorage
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM during training. After training, the regular schedule shifts to Tuesday through Saturday for the summer, with a one-hour lunch break.
Overtime: Opportunities for overtime pay available

Position Description: As the Service Counter Specialist, you’ll be an essential part of the Alaska Trailer team, working directly with customers and supporting daily operations. You’ll assist rental and service customers in person and over the phone, handle payments, take photos, and check in returned rentals. Other responsibilities include answering and directing calls, part orders & runs for the shop and moving trailers around the lot to accommodate rentals and service appointments. With on-the-job learning and hands-on experience, you’ll play a key role in keeping our trailer operations running smoothly.
