Loan Servicers provide continuing support and services to our customers for the duration of the loan that ensures an excellent customer experience.
Our Loan Servicing Administration Unit is hiring a customer service professional. The successful candidate will utilize reports to identify action items for follow-up but also be available to customers to assist with documents and accept payments. If you have office administrative experience and/or accounting experience, have a good eye for detail and enjoy customer service, you could be a Loan Servicing Representative. If you also have experience in lending, loan processing or servicing, you may qualify for the Loan Servicing Specialist position.

Job/salary offer would be commensurate with experience:
-Loan Servicing Representative: $20.50/hour minimum
-Loan Servicing Specialist: $22.75/hour minimum
