Call Center Representatives assist customers and prospective customers via phone and email from a centralized customer service center by providing account and bank services information, accepting and processing various transactions, and transferring inquiries to appropriate bank departments.
Schedule Varies: Monday-Friday (8-hour shift between the hours 8am-6pm) alternating Saturdays 9am-4pm
The successful candidate will have two years customer service and/or call center experience. Financial industry experience including familiarity with bank produces, services and procedures is preferred.
