TLC Home Care is hiring a HR Coordinator / Recruiter. We need someone upbeat, positive, pro-active, and willing to learn. This person will be in charge of holding interviews, filing paperwork for all new hires and will also be in charge of training and holding orientation for all new hires. We are looking to hire this week. Pay is $15.50 an hour plus mileage for any training and home visits done in your personal vehicle. After 90 days the rate goes up to $17.00.
Schedule is Monday thru Friday 9:00a - 5:30p with most major holidays off.
Minimum Requirements:
Must have Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
Must be 21 years or older
Must have or be able to obtain CPR and first aid withing 30 days of hire
Must pass State background check
Must pass Drug screen
Must be able or willing to learn to do the following:
Scheduling shifts for caregivers
Conduct interviews
Maintain personnel files
Caregiver support
Be able to learn the processes of our office
Fulfill all other duties assigned by Office Manager.
