We’re looking for someone that will bring an entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to find solutions to offer new value for our aviation and outdoor brands.

What you will be doing

Build a broad and deep understanding of our products, our customers and key players

Be responsible for the development and execution of the sales activities and daily operations of our retail stores

Manage the sales team at all 3 of our locations: Palmer, Anchorage and Fairbanks

Generate B2B and B2C sales leads, provide quotes and accurate invoices to customers, monitor fulfillment of sales orders

Assist in product development and pricing and discount structure

Responsible for dealer strategy and retail merchandising

Monitors retail inventory, initiate transfers and reorders when necessary

Communicate and maintain good relations with customers, employees and vendors

Develop reports on sales trends, projections, budgeting, and analysis

Collaborate effectively with internal teams and manage coordinated efforts to achieve customer satisfaction and improve procedures

What you need to know and what will make you successful…

7+ years leadership experience in a customer focused role

Excellent supervisory and people management skills

Experience in technical sales and new business development

Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business or related field

Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office, advanced in Excel

Strong networking relationships with the local aviation market

A strong communicator that builds a rapport, listens well and adapts style and approach to suit

Results driven and an ability to lead, motivate and coach others to be successful

Able to work independently yet contribute effectively as a team player

Works well under pressure and manages stressful situations with ease

Frequent travel to Anchorage and Fairbanks locations

Experience in Aviation highly preferred

This position will be located at our Corporate Office in Palmer.
