UAA General Support Services & Parking Services are recruiting for a temporary Fiscal Technician 2 to support both units. UAA General Support Services (GSS) includes the Copy & Print Center, Mailroom/Central Receiving, Surplus & Relocation, Property/Inventory and Recycling functions. Parking Services is currently providing services related to event support and lot/garage maintenance. This position will report to the GSS Fiscal Officer and provide support in all areas related to the fiscal operations of the departments including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and other fiscal functions. Previous fiscal experience in a business environment is required and applicants should be highly dependable, detail-oriented, and organized. This is a temporary assignment, 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday. Temporary position is expected to be needed through January (or longer). May provide an opportunity to apply for a regular position afterwards.
