Summary: Nonprofit seeking professional individual to join our small team to assist with a unique program that has provided services for twenty-five years to rural Alaskan communities.
Schedule: November – April
Training: Provided

Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Exemplary customer service skills
Proficient in MS Word and Excel
Self-starter with excellent organization skills
Detail oriented, proactive individual who takes ownership of their work
Work well alone, in teams and amongst diverse populations
Reliable – punctual attendance is essential
Dependable, trustworthy and ability to maintain confidentiality
Ability to work in fast paced environment; time/stress management skills
Ability to establish priorities, work independently and complete objectives
Ability to read and follow instructions
Duties:
Correspond with clients
Prepare basic Form 1040 tax returns
Assist clients with documents and forms
Track result; maintain electronic and paper files
Assist program management
Assist with other program activities
