We are looking for a Full-Time Bookkeeper. This position includes working with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, filing, and some general ledgers. The right candidate will be able to fill out our small and efficient team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date general ledgers
- Execute efficient filing and documentation procedures
- Collaborate with team members to ensure financial tasks are completed accurately and timely
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Quickbooks is necessary
- Must have excellent communication and customer service skills
- Must be very detail-oriented and able to multi-task
- Great at file management
Education Requirements:
- Accounting 101 & 102, Accounting degree
- OR 4 years of world experience
