Looking for a an experienced FT Bookkeeper. Must be detail-oriented and organized professional to manage our financial records with accuracy and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
· Maintain and manage full-cycle bookkeeping, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
· Process payroll
· Prepare monthly financial reports
· Handle escrow and trust account reconciliations.
· Provide CPA with information and documents required by CPA for preparation of tax returns.
Qualifications:
· Proven experience as a Bookkeeper in areas listed above.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, QuickBooks On-Line, and other accounting software.
· Strong understanding of accounts receivable, financial reporting and escrow/trust accounting.
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
